Sweet Dreams?

Did you know you have amazingly weird dreams when you are pregnant? I had no idea until yesterday when I was recounting a few of the dreams I've had recently and my sister told me she'd read something about it recently. It actually made me feel a lot better. I've never been one to remember many of my dreams. Now I remember a lot of them and they are just plain weird. That used to only happen if I had ice cream before I went to bed.

A few nights ago I had a dream that I divorced Hubby. Something he did made me mad and I wanted out (really, whatever it was I doubt it warranted so rash a decision). Well, we got divorced and I married someone else but I wasn't happy with this person and I knew I would only be happy if I was married to Hubby again. Hubby and I ended up at some Jewish temple to talk to a Rabbi about getting remarried. And we're not Jewish.

A night or so later I had a dream that my dad was on life support and dying and we had to make the decision to leave him on or take him off and let him die. We decided to take him off because there was nothing else that could be done for him. But as soon as we did he got up to hug us all goodbye and it took forever for him to actually die and it was a totally weird and horrible dream.

I think it may have been that same night I had another dream. I have very fitful sleep these days (also due to pregnancy because we just bought a fantastic new bed and I STILL have a hard time sleeping). I dreamed I was going to take a yoga class but it was in Wyoming and took three hours to get there and three hours back. We didn't end up doing any yoga in my dream though. We just filled out paperwork and figured out how much money we had to pay for this yoga class and it was something like $80 a month and the teacher told me I had to buy some special yoga bra that was like $120 or something and I was thinking this yoga thing was going to be way more expensive than I had originally planned.

I know! If my dreams are any indication I'm a total whack job! Hopefully it's just my crazy pregnant hormones.

One perk to pregnancy though: I don't have to worry about getting in shape for summer! For once I'm allowed to be a little on the round side and waddle when I walk!
